I think this is one of my favorite times of the year! It is definitely up there with SXSW week and ACL. I don’t know about you, but I already have a couple of holiday parties on my calendar. I have some outfits picked out but I also picked up a couple of pieces from Express to add to the mix. Including the outfit I have styled in the photos, I also have three ways you can style each piece for different events this season.
Metallic Bodysuit + High Waisted Jeans
This is a more casual option for a holiday party or event. I love that the bodysuit is this shimmery metallic color and gives the outfit a festive touch without going overboard. This would be fun if you’re going to see the Christmas lights or going to a more casual laid back Christmas party. You can pair this with your favorite statement earrings, a pair of black heels or a flat OTK boot.
Velvet Cami + Velvet Skirt
If you want to have a velvet on velvet moment this is the perfect combo! This velvet cami is very flattering on most body types and the skirt fits like a glove. This can easily be layered with blazer or jacket due to it possibly being cold. I would pair this with a dainty necklace with stud earrings or statement earrings.
Metallic Bodysuit + Maxi Skirt
Last but not least, I had to do I maxi skirt moment because at this point you should know that this was coming! This skirt is so elegant and beautiful and paired with the metallic bodysuit this is perfect for a more upscale holiday event. I would pair this with a suede black pump and thin long earring.
