Itβs time to celebrate America Y’all! It’s that time of the year when you can wear everything red, white, and blue at the same time. I have always enjoyed this holiday and this will be my third year celebrating in Austin. Today I have an outfit post to share with you featuring this jumpsuit from Pacsun. I also am going to include a few spots that I have gone to see fireworks over the past several years.
I have just noticed that I have an influx of striped clothing in my closet haha I actually ordered this jumpsuit online through PacSun because they were having a sale. I really did not know this was going to turn out, but I am familiar with sizing from the Kendall and Kylie collection. This jumpsuit turned out to be very flattering and I will be wearing this a lot!
I paired the jumpsuit with these fun red platform sandals, white backpack, and silver earrings. I know wearing these heels out to the park to watch fireworks is kind of ridiculous, but don’t worry! In the widget below I have attached a wedge option and some cute white trainers. I just got some white tennis shoes from the Zara sale and that is what I will be wearing today:)
Okay, now for some places that I like to go to watch the fireworks. Last year I sat on the Lamar pedestrian bridge (also known as Pfluger ped. bridge) facing the eastside and once it got dark enough the fireworks were right over the water. If you are wanting more than just watching the fireworks, another place I went to was Auditorium Shores. The Austin symphony starts playing around 8:30ish and you get a fun concert before the fireworks begin. From my understanding, they also have food vendors set up out there, and I highly recommend that you start to head down there early. For more info on that click HERE!
A quick list of other places to watch fireworks:
Town Lake Trail
South 1st bridge
South Congress bridge
Zilker Park
360 Bridge
I hope you all have an amazing and fun holiday with your family and friends! Happy 4th of July and be safe!!
