Well, here we are in October and that means ACL Festival is here! I’m going to be honest, up until a few days ago I feel like ACL just snuck up on me. I was like oh wait…that’s in three weeks I probably should try and figure out what I want to wear. So I basically want to give yall a quick inspiration post if you still have some time shop and going to weekend two like me. Or you are shopping last minute for weekend one.
Maxi/Midi dress
I have wanted to have a maxi dress moment since last year. Of course, when I get to the park I see so many different outfits. One being the maxi or midi dress. I was looking for something specific though not just a long dress. However, I wanted it to still have some spice to it like a low v neck or a slit in the bottom to show some leg. Walking around in the heat in a sack is not the look I am going for haha I did find some very cute styles and I have them here below!
Bodysuit + Ripped Denim Shorts Combo
I feel like this is an easy, low-cost combination. You can find some fun patterns, prints, and graphics on bodysuits these days because they’re all the rage. I bought one this summer from Zara’s sale that I think I am going to wear. I have not worn it very often…maybe three times now. You can pair this look with a bandana or one of those neck scarves that Madewell has. Don’t be afraid to layer on the different prints and patterns. You are at a music festival you are supposed to go all out!
Cute, flowy top + shorts
I wanted to provide an option that you can literally pull from your closet and go. From the past posts that you have read where I showed you how to build your wardrobe. You can choose different pieces from your closet to style and head to the park. I have some options below to give you some ideas.
Be sure to remember the new bag policy in order to get into the park! I have that article linked HERE. Also, have fun! Be kind and self-aware of the other people around you that are also there to enjoy the music. Have a fun ACL weekend and I will see you out there weekend 2! 🙂
