What To Wear | when traveling this holiday season

So it is about to get crazy in the airports across the world because it is one of the busiest travel time of the year. Today I am sharing with you some outfit inspiration that has you going from airplane to the in-law’s house(or wherever your final destination is) seamlessly. Here I will break outfit up into three parts: tops, bottoms, and shoes.

TOPS//  Layering is by far the best way to go! However, there are some days when fewer pieces equal more. For example instead of having layers of long sleeve top, jacket, then scarf, etc…Having one extremely warm sweater is quick and easy. It’s completely up to your preference so both options are shown below.

BOTTOMS// I’m pretty sure I’m incapable of traveling in jeans so my suggestion is leggings. I know it gets cold on the plan so I basically find thicker leggings to deal with that issue. Of course, there is never anything wrong with your favorite pair of jeans. Now we’re ⅔ of the way to completing the look!

SHOES// Last but definitely not least is shoes. Whether your flight is 3 hours or 12 hours, I like to be comfortable on the plane(I’m sure the rest of you do too haha). For running through the airport and security slip-on trainers will be your best friend. You can even wear them with those little socks! So that when you have to take your shoes off to go through security, you won’t have to step on that disgusting floor. I would also keep a pair of booties in your carry on bag that you can change into once you get to your destination. In case you have an event or a dinner to go to straight after flying. That will dress up your look pretty quickly and easily.
